1. General Rental Terms

This agreement governs the rental conditions of boats (RIBs) offered by WE RENT S.R.L. (trade name: werentcasty), registered office at Via Arno 102, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (FI), Italy, and operational base at Nautica Benelli, 58043 Castiglione della Pescaia (GR). Payment is processed via credit or debit card through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). The total price including VAT is shown on the summary page before confirmation. By completing a booking, the customer fully accepts these conditions.

2. Requirements

• Minimum driver age: 18 years old
• Boating licence mandatory for engines over 40 HP
• Valid ID document must be presented at pick-up
• The driver must be registered as a participant in the booking

3. Renter Responsibility

The renter is responsible for the boat during the entire rental period. They agree to comply with navigation regulations, not exceed the maximum number of people on board (maximum indicated for the chosen boat, up to 8), and return the vessel in the same condition as received. The renter is liable for any damage caused by their negligence or that of passengers.

4. Fuel Policy

The tank is delivered full and must be returned full. If not refueled, the cost of missing fuel plus a €15 service fee will be charged.

5. Damages and liability

In case of damage to the boat or equipment during the rental, the customer is liable for repair costs up to the hull insurance coverage included in the chosen package. No security deposit or pre-authorization hold is placed on the card.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation more than 72 hours before the rental date: full refund (100%)
• Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before: partial refund (50%)
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before: no refund
• In case of bad weather certified by competent maritime authorities: full refund or free rescheduling to an agreed date
• Right of withdrawal: art. 59 lett. n) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), implementing Directive 2011/83/EU, excludes the right of withdrawal for leisure services supplied on a specific date. By completing the booking the Customer acknowledges and expressly accepts this exclusion.

7. Insurance

Mandatory third-party liability insurance is included in every rental. Werentcasty does NOT offer optional kasko / hull insurance: the 200 euro pre-authorized deposit on the credit card covers any damage to the boat up to the stated deductible. The deposit is released within 7 days of return if no damage occurs.

8. Governing Law

This contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Grosseto, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer forum (art. 66-bis Consumer Code).
